November 2007. I've added a number of other audio-visual slideshows. These are a bit 'rough and ready' because I've just spoken in to a microphone without a script. However, there are now 10 flash movies. Click on the eLearning Zone link to se them.
March/April 2007. I have added one or two Flash movies.I've re-worked the movie on the Prisoner's Dilemma Game and Profit maximisation under monopoly. However, I've added one on predatory pricing.
February 2007. I've changed the front page layout slightly and have added a blog. I have also had a book published with John Sloman, Economics for Business.
January 2007. Had to take down the eLearning Forum. It just became a haven for spam attacks.

April 2006. Still around. Some minor changes to the site. We raised £58 for pds recently so thank you. Remember that when you buy goods from Amazon using these pages the money goes to the Parkinson's Disease Society.

June 2004: Paper to ILT conference at University of Hertfordshire on the Impact of the Personal Response System in Teaching economics. This is currrently a PowerPoint Presentation and a set of notes. Andrew Hunt and I argue that there is scope to use the PRS in classroom games.
May 2004: Revision classes for students. Talk on Blended Learning to Programme Leader's Conference.
March/April 2004: Produced the following paper to be published in the Northern Economic Review 'Online Learning in Higher Education: Challenges and Opportunities for Universities in the North East of England'
January/ February 2004: the lack of updates is due to the death of my father. Work on the website will resume shortly. Some broken links fixed.

November 2003: General updating. Working on producing streaming media with SMIRK software. Delivering lectures and assessment on Economics of Competition
October 2003: Finished two papers entitled "Web-based Learning and the student Experience: reflections of a quasi-cyberspace practitioner" and "The new entrepreneurship in Higher Education: extending the curriculum into cyberspace". The former is concerned with pedagogy. The latter with economics and policy.
